Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials. This role is pivotal in leading and executing Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, driving functional excellence, and enabling innovation for our clients. You will be instrumental in transforming financial operations through expert application of Oracle Cloud modules.

As a Senior Consultant, you will engage in end-to-end implementation projects, from initial business requirement gathering to post-go-live support. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex business needs into robust Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity. This position offers a significant opportunity to lead a team and influence client financial strategies.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and Expenses.

Facilitate business requirement workshops and design sessions, translating insights into functional specifications and configurations.

Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants through all project phases: design, build, testing, and deployment.

Oversee critical activities including integration, data migration, and thorough testing across modules and external systems.

Serve as the primary liaison for client finance-related inquiries and strategic guidance.

Provide essential post-go-live support, proactive issue resolution, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by a minimum of five Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

Demonstrate strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA, alongside a solid understanding of financial processes and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

Exhibit proven experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud, coupled with hands-on experience in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support.
