As a key member of the Enterprise Technology & Performance practice, you will contribute to client success by leveraging your expertise in Oracle's leading financial solutions.

Your contributions will directly influence the optimization of financial processes and the successful transformation of businesses through advanced technology.

Spearhead Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, configuring modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses. You will manage the full lifecycle of implementation activities, from initial requirements gathering and solution design through to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Analyze intricate business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Fusion Financials solutions. This involves conducting fit-gap analyses, developing functional design documents, and recommending Oracle best practices. You will also support critical transformation initiatives from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Financials.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including SCM, PPM, HCM, OIC, and Reporting specialists to ensure seamless integration of financial modules with other business systems. You will validate accounting flows and financial transactions across integrated modules and support reconciliation efforts.

Prepare and execute comprehensive test cases for unit testing, SIT, and UAT. You will be instrumental in validating transactions, accounting entries, and financial balances. Your role extends to supporting defect resolution, cutover activities, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Financials or Oracle Cloud Applications, specifically with Oracle Fusion Financials. A strong functional understanding across multiple modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses is essential.

Possess a solid grasp of accounting principles and end-to-end finance processes, coupled with experience in at least one Oracle Fusion Financials implementation or transformation program. Proven ability in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production support is vital.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities are a must, alongside strong client communication skills. Experience working within a global delivery or offshore model is highly desirable for this role.
