Join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials. This role is based in Ahmedabad and offers a significant opportunity to lead and manage complex Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving the success of client projects, ensuring seamless integration and configuration of Oracle Cloud modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective financial solutions.

This position is ideal for experienced professionals with a proven track record in Oracle Cloud Finance implementations and a deep understanding of financial processes. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding project teams and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations covering GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger modules. Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and design functional solutions. Translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financials. Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout all project phases, from design to deployment. Oversee critical activities such as integration, data migration, and testing.

Act as the main client liaison for all finance-related functional aspects. Provide essential post-go-live support, resolve issues, and suggest continuous improvement strategies. Ensure all implementations adhere to business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, complemented by at least five successful Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. A strong functional grasp of Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA is essential.

Possess a solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards like IFRS/GAAP. Demonstrated experience in setting up COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is required. Proven expertise in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is crucial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction.
