Join our Ahmedabad-based team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Functional PMO. This role is crucial for overseeing operations within Industry & Domain Solutions, contributing to the success of GPS Indus projects.

We are seeking a proactive individual to ensure seamless project execution and robust monitoring.

This position offers an opportunity to work with government departments and contribute to significant infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include meticulously reviewing project schedules, work plans, and contractor submissions. You will be responsible for tracking critical milestones, identifying potential delays, bottlenecks, cost risks, quality issues, and dependencies, and recommending appropriate corrective actions.

Your role will involve coordinating with government departments to facilitate timely project execution and maintaining comprehensive project dashboards (MIS) covering physical and financial progress, risks, and action items.

Additionally, you will support the development of early-warning systems for at-risk projects, prepare periodic progress reports, and manage action trackers to ensure timely closure of decisions.

Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical and coordination skills to manage complex project environments. Experience in preparing progress reports and management dashboards is essential.

This role requires effective communication and stakeholder management abilities to liaise with government departments and senior officials. A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks is highly valued.

Undertaking additional program management and infrastructure monitoring activities as assigned by PMU leadership will also be part of the role.
