As a Senior Full Stack Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Java for the backend and React JS for the frontend. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Key duties include writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and optimizing applications for performance and scalability. You will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and contribute to process improvements. Gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing comprehensive unit and integration tests are also core functions.

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 8 years of experience, focusing on Java and React JS. Essential technical expertise includes proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate, along with extensive front-end experience with React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and database technologies like SQL, Oracle, or MongoDB is required.
