As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in our Scrum teams, taking ownership of the design, implementation, and testing of full-stack software for healthcare products. Your responsibilities will include providing accurate effort estimates, leading code reviews, and championing adherence to best practices like CI/CD, unit testing, integration testing, and secure coding.

You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Architects, working in tandem with cross-functional teams across QA, Product, Security, and Data Engineering. This collaboration is key to delivering high-quality solutions, effectively responding to incidents, and continuously enhancing application performance and scalability.

Design, implement, and test full-stack software applications for healthcare products as an active Scrum team member.

Provide accurate effort estimates for development tasks and lead thorough code reviews.

Ensure strict adherence to engineering best practices, including CI/CD, unit testing, integration testing, and secure coding principles.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Architects, and engage with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, Security, Data Engineering).

Deliver high-quality solutions, respond effectively to incidents, and drive continuous optimization of application performance and scalability.

A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Master of Science (M.Sc.), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Possess 5-8 years of robust enterprise software development experience.

Demonstrate strong programming proficiency with C++, C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.

Exhibit extensive web development experience utilizing ASP.NET, Web API, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, React, or Angular.

Showcase a solid understanding of software design fundamentals, including OOP, SOLID, REST, OOAD, SOA, and web services.

Gain valuable database experience with MS SQL, MySQL, or SQLite.

Acquire essential DevOps experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, build management, and continuous delivery.

Develop cloud expertise with Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Ensure application security through experience with OAuth, JWT, encryption, and secure coding principles.
