Lead the technical execution of complex, cloud-native, and AI-driven projects, contributing directly as an engineer and potentially leading development teams to ensure quality and predictability. You will define and advance the technology strategy for large-scale customer engagements, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals and architectural best practices.

Design, develop, and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure, accelerating customer value through effective use of Microsoft technologies. Apply user-centered design principles to translate customer needs into detailed technical requirements and scalable designs. Provide delivery leadership by setting technical priorities, estimating effort, managing dependencies, and driving successful releases.

Ensure high standards of engineering excellence and solution quality, overseeing efficacy, performance, security, and compliance. Proactively identify and manage technical risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies and handling escalations. Apply information security, compliance, and assurance standards to maintain stakeholder confidence and meet governance requirements.

Drive innovation and digital transformation by leveraging existing intellectual property and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate technical value and support the adoption of Microsoft cloud and AI solutions. Contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement, enhancing engineering productivity and responsiveness to evolving customer needs.

This role requires 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, application development, and solution delivery, with a significant focus on enterprise-scale, customer-facing engagements. A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing delivery leadership is essential.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field; advanced or higher education qualifications are advantageous. Microsoft and cloud technology certifications are preferred, such as AZ-204, AI-102, MCSD, or MCSE.

Key expertise areas include Full-Stack Application Development (.NET, C#, Node.js, APIs, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular/React, HTML5, CSS/SCSS), strong software architecture patterns, cloud data platforms (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, etc.), and experience with multi-threaded programming. Proficiency in AI Application Development and Generative AI, including Azure AI Foundry, RAG patterns, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and Responsible AI principles, is critical.

Extensive experience in Cloud Architecture, Platforms & DevOps on Microsoft Azure or other public clouds, microservices, serverless architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud monitoring is required. Strong expertise in Security, Compliance & Zero Trust principles, including encryption, IAM, threat modeling, and DevSecOps practices, is also essential.

Proven experience in delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives, cloud migrations, and hybrid modernization programs is expected. Familiarity with various cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and industry experience across sectors like financial services, government, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail is highly valued.
