Join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Finance Transformation. This full-time role is crucial for driving our Finance Transformation Programme, with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Source to Pay (S2P), while also contributing to Record to Report (R2R).

You will serve as a vital link between business stakeholders, project teams, and technology vendors. Your expertise will ensure that business needs are clearly understood, meticulously documented, thoroughly challenged, and translated into effective, innovative solutions. This position offers a significant opportunity to influence process design, requirements gathering, solution assessment, implementation strategy, and business readiness efforts.

Collaborate closely with Finance Leadership, Global Process Owners, Finance Transformation leads, program managers, technology vendors, implementation partners, and subject matter experts across the entire finance function. This role is designed for an individual passionate about optimizing finance operations and delivering impactful transformations.

Key operational duties include leading requirements gathering and analysis for FP&A, S2P, and R2R initiatives. You will support current state assessments and target operating model designs, facilitating workshops to define future processes and business outcomes. Maintaining requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle is essential, as is supporting vendor engagement and solution evaluation.

Strategically, you will identify opportunities for standardizing, simplifying, and automating finance processes. Ensure program objectives align with business priorities and transformation goals. Support benefits realization by connecting process changes to measurable business value. Contribute to developing future-state finance capabilities and operating models that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

This role demands significant experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale Finance Transformation programs. A strong foundation in finance functions and processes is essential, along with proven experience supporting finance technology implementations, including ERP, planning, reporting, and automation solutions.

A deep understanding of finance operating models, core finance processes, and internal controls is required. Demonstrable experience facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and constructively challenging requirements is key. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills are paramount, as is experience working with implementation partners and third-party technology vendors.

Exceptional documentation and communication abilities, including crafting requirements specifications and business cases, are necessary. The capacity to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders concurrently within a complex program environment is critical for success in this position.
