Join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Finance Transformation and Strategy & Operations. This full-time role is crucial for driving our Finance Transformation Programme, focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Source to Pay (S2P), with additional support for Record to Report (R2R).

You will serve as the vital link between business stakeholders, programme teams, and technology vendors. Your expertise will ensure business requirements are clearly understood, meticulously documented, effectively challenged, and transformed into impactful solutions. This position is central to process design, requirements gathering, solution evaluation, implementation planning, and fostering business readiness.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with Finance Leadership, Global Process Owners, Finance Transformation workstream leads, program managers, technology vendors, implementation partners, and subject matter experts across the entire finance function.

Lead requirements gathering and analysis for FP&A, S2P, and R2R initiatives. Conduct current state assessments and contribute to target operating model design. Facilitate workshops to define future processes, requirements, and business outcomes. Maintain requirement traceability through all project phases: design, build, testing, and deployment. Support vendor engagement, solution evaluation, and implementation efforts.

Identify opportunities for finance process standardization, simplification, and automation. Ensure program objectives align with business priorities and transformation goals. Aid in benefits realization by linking process changes to measurable business advantages. Contribute to developing future-state finance capabilities and operating models.

Demonstrate significant experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale Finance Transformation programs. Possess strong experience and knowledge across the finance function and its core processes. Have experience supporting finance technology implementations, including ERP, planning, reporting, and automation solutions.

Show a strong understanding of finance operating models, financial processes, and internal controls. Exhibit proven experience facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and constructively challenging requirements. Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. Experience working with implementation partners and third-party technology vendors is essential.

Strong documentation and communication skills, including writing requirements specifications, process flows, and business cases, are a must. The ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously within a complex program environment is critical.
