Lead finance transformation initiatives and develop robust financial strategies for clients. Guide technical decision-making, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor development teams to ensure project success.

Oversee client-facing product implementations from requirement gathering through to production deployment and hypercare. Coordinate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption and issue resolution.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in full-stack software development is essential, with demonstrated expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, React.js, Node.js, and FastAPI. A strong grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns, REST APIs, microservices, application security, and scalable enterprise application development is required.

Proficiency with RDBMS/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, Git, and unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, and PyTest is crucial. Proven ability to lead teams, manage risks, and communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders is expected. Experience in client-facing implementations, including requirement gathering and post-deployment support, is vital.
