The Finance Transformation practice collaborates with CFO offices and finance teams to develop strategies, implement solutions, and optimize finance operations and supporting technologies. Our aim is to drive profitability, growth, and value creation for our clients through insightful approaches to financial complexities.

Lead large-scale, complex, and cross-functional client engagements, driving transformative change and improving finance operations. Advise clients on strategies and capabilities to enhance enterprise-wide decision-making and stakeholder management. Spearhead solution design and implementation, ensuring high quality within defined timelines and budgets. Engage directly with C-level executives and senior leadership to understand strategic objectives and challenges, translating complex ideas into actionable strategies. Drive business development by leading RFP responses and cultivating strong client relationships for repeat business. Manage project financials, work-in-progress, debtors, and billing according to established standards. Mentor and inspire consultant teams, fostering a collaborative culture that promotes professional development and knowledge sharing.

Possess a CA qualification (1st Attempt preferred) with strong articleship experience, or an MBA from a premium institute, or equivalent certifications like CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA. Demonstrate excellent academic achievements at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Bring 7-12 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles, with post-qualification experience being advantageous. Prior experience in managing end-to-end client engagements, programs, and teams is essential. You should be adept at challenging the status quo, presenting compelling arguments for change, and possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required, with working knowledge of digital finance technologies being a plus. Willingness to travel for project needs is expected.
