This full-time position is based in Bengaluru, India, and requires a blend of consulting expertise and industry insight. We are seeking individuals with a strong academic background and a proven track record in finance transformation initiatives.

Lead and manage end-to-end client engagements and programs within the Finance Transformation practice. Provide strategic guidance to finance teams, focusing on process optimization, operational efficiency, and technology implementation. Develop and present compelling arguments for change and transformation initiatives, challenging the status quo. Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring successful delivery of client objectives. Collaborate with clients to navigate the complexities of modern finance functions, driving profitability and growth. Contribute to thought leadership and the continuous improvement of our finance transformation methodologies.

Candidates must possess a CA qualification (1st attempt preferred with strong articleship), an MBA from a premium institute, or equivalent professional certifications such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA. Demonstrate excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate studies. Possess 7-12 years of relevant experience in consulting and/or industry roles, with post-qualification experience being highly valued. Proven experience in managing entire client engagements and complex programs is essential. Demonstrate prior experience in effectively managing project teams. Exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Show a strong ability to challenge existing practices and articulate well-structured arguments for change. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word) is required. Willingness to travel as dictated by project needs is expected. Working knowledge of digital finance technologies is considered an advantage.
