EY seeks a Consultant to join the Forensic and Integrity Services (FIDS) team. This role focuses on leading and executing client engagements related to financial fraud investigations, including asset tracing, money laundering, ethics violations, and regulatory matters. Responsibilities extend to FCPA and UKBA compliance reviews, fraud risk assessments, and dispute resolution support for financial issues.

Ideal candidates possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent report writing abilities, and a keen understanding of client businesses. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering insightful solutions within a collaborative environment.

Execute client engagements to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with engagement letters. Uphold the firm's risk management strategies, plans, and activities. Analyze business and industry trends to identify client process improvements and formulate recommendations.

Employ an application and solution-based approach to problem-solving and research. Review working papers and client folders, proposing enhancements to engagement productivity and client service. Manage engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing materials, business proposals, and new methodologies.

Contribute effectively to internal team collaboration and knowledge-sharing efforts, continuously improving processes for team leverage.

A Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Master of Business Administration, Certified Fraud Examiner, or LLB is required. A minimum of 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in forensic investigation, risk advisory, internal audits, or process diagnostic reviews is essential.

Candidates with prior experience in Big 4 or Tier 2 firms, or within large corporate internal audit teams, will be preferred. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are highly valued.
