You will play a key part in enhancing governance, controls, and ethical practices to safeguard client integrity and build trust in capital markets.

Your primary responsibilities will involve managing corporate secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, including preparing and filing statutory documents with regulatory authorities. You will also draft essential governance documents for meetings, maintain statutory records, and advise clients on corporate governance and restructuring matters. Transaction support, including due diligence and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, will be crucial.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Company Secretary (CS) qualification and have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Compliance Professional.
