Support the design and implementation of global privacy programs aligned with regulations and best practices. Assist in developing privacy policies, SOPs, and operating models. Conduct privacy maturity and gap assessments. Operationalize privacy controls across business units. Manage data mapping, DPIAs, RoPAs, and privacy notices. Support data subject rights, consent, and breach management processes. Embed privacy-by-design principles in collaboration with business and technology teams. Review vendor privacy practices and agreements. Assist with other regulatory compliance engagements. Manage assigned workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Support business development and knowledge-building initiatives.

We seek professionals with 3-5 years of proven data privacy experience, possessing a strong understanding of global regulations and practical implementation skills. An ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with business, legal, technology, and risk teams, delivering high-quality client-facing engagements and translating privacy needs into actionable processes. Qualifications include an LL.B or BA LLB from a recognized university. Familiarity with privacy technology tools and information security concepts is advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment is key. Candidates should be open to travel to Gurgaon and potentially work flexible shifts for international client support.
