This role is for a Senior Consultant within the National Forensics, Investigations & Compliance team based in Gurgaon, focusing on privacy and integrity within organizations.

This role involves supporting the design and implementation of enterprise-wide privacy programs aligned with global regulations and best practices. You will assist in developing privacy policies, SOPs, and operating models. Key responsibilities include conducting privacy maturity and gap assessments, operationalizing privacy controls, and managing data mapping, DPIA, RoPA, and privacy notices. You will also support DSR, consent, and breach management, embed privacy-by-design principles, and review vendor agreements. Additional duties encompass assisting with other regulatory compliance engagements, managing workstreams, and supporting business development initiatives.

We are seeking professionals with 3-5 years of proven data privacy experience. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of global privacy regulations, practical implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business, legal, technology, and risk teams. You should be adept at client-facing engagements, producing high-quality deliverables, and translating privacy requirements into actionable processes. A prerequisite is an LL.B degree from a recognized university. Familiarity with privacy technology tools and information security concepts is advantageous. Strong documentation, report writing, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Candidates must be willing to travel to Gurgaon for client needs and be open to flexible shifts to support international clients.
