This position is based in Bangalore and focuses on national projects across various industries. The ASU - Forensics team specifically helps companies safeguard their financial and brand reputations by addressing governance, controls, and data insights, thereby building trust in capital markets worldwide.

As a Senior Consultant in Forensic Investigations & eDiscovery, you will support complex investigations, fraud reviews, and regulatory matters. You will execute investigations, analyze evidence, manage document reviews, and deliver high-quality insights.

Key responsibilities include: - Supporting and executing investigations into employee misconduct, procurement fraud, bribery, and financial irregularities. - Conducting forensic accounting reviews and transaction testing, identifying red flags and control failures. - Performing eDiscovery and document review for litigation support, regulatory matters, and compliance reviews, identifying relevant and privileged documents. - Utilizing forensic technology platforms for electronic evidence analysis, including keyword searches and communication analysis. - Supporting fraud risk assessments and reviewing business processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements. - Collaborating with engagement managers to deliver projects, participating in client meetings, and preparing high-quality deliverables.

To excel in this role, a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. You should possess 3–6 years of relevant experience in forensic investigations, fraud risk management, internal audit, forensic accounting, compliance reviews, or eDiscovery.

Essential skills include strong investigation capabilities, forensic accounting, financial analysis, and document review expertise. Experience with eDiscovery platforms like Relativity and Intella is highly desirable. Additional certifications such as CFE, CISA, or ACAMS are advantageous.
