This position is part of the National team, providing a well-rounded experience across various industries. The Bengaluru-based role focuses on supporting complex investigations, fraud reviews, and regulatory matters, leveraging advanced forensic technology and analytical skills.
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead complex forensic investigations, including employee misconduct, procurement fraud, and financial irregularities, while conducting forensic accounting reviews and analyzing financial records. A key part of your role involves managing eDiscovery and document review processes for litigation support and regulatory matters, utilizing platforms like Relativity and Intella. You will also apply forensic technology for electronic evidence analysis and support fraud risk assessments, reviewing business processes and identifying control failures.
Client delivery is paramount, requiring close collaboration with engagement managers to ensure timely and within-budget project completion. This includes participating in client meetings, preparing high-quality workpapers, and supporting proposal development. Your responsibilities extend to developing remediation recommendations for identified process gaps and contributing to practice development initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-6 years of relevant experience in forensic investigations, fraud risk management, internal audit, or forensic accounting. A strong understanding of eDiscovery and document review methodologies, with prior experience in platforms such as Relativity or Intella, is highly desirable. Essential skills include robust investigation, financial analysis, and report writing capabilities, along with proficiency in data analysis.
We seek individuals with a practical approach to problem-solving, who can deliver insightful solutions in a collaborative environment. Agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and adaptability are key attributes. While a CA is mandatory, additional certifications like CFE, CISA, or ACAMS are advantageous.
