EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Forensics to join our Investigations & Compliance team in Bangalore. This role is part of our National ASU practice, which serves diverse industries. Our Forensic & Integrity Services professionals help organizations safeguard their reputation, uncover facts, and navigate regulatory challenges. We focus on enhancing governance, controls, and data insights to protect and restore enterprise and financial reputations.

We assist companies and their legal counsel in resolving disputes and managing complex compliance matters. Our integrated approach strengthens ethical frameworks and mitigates reputational risks. Conduct comprehensive forensic investigations, including detailed fact-finding and analysis of intricate financial records. Utilize data analytics techniques to identify anomalies, trends, and potential compliance breaches. Manage and lead review engagements with a meticulous, evidence-based approach. Apply sound forensic accounting principles and investigative methodologies to support compliance initiatives. Leverage a Chartered Accountant background to accurately assess financial information and support investigative conclusions.

Must possess a Chartered Accountant qualification. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis. Ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal stipulations. Requires a practical, problem-solving mindset with the capacity to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
