Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, focusing on reusable and scalable UI components. Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, backend developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into functional features. Integrate mobile applications seamlessly with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and various third-party SDKs. Continuously optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience, while actively troubleshooting and resolving any emerging issues.

Participate actively in code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices. Write comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests to guarantee application quality. Support the deployment and release management processes for both Android and iOS platforms, staying abreast of the latest Flutter technologies and mobile development trends.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 5-8 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Flutter development. Essential skills include strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework, with proven experience developing and deploying mobile applications for Android and iOS. A solid understanding of Flutter widgets, navigation, animation, and state management is crucial, along with experience in state management solutions like Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX. Candidates must have hands-on experience integrating REST APIs, consuming web services, and familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies.

Furthermore, experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Push Notifications, Analytics, Crashlytics), understanding of mobile application security and performance optimization techniques, and strong problem-solving and debugging skills are required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. This role is based in Bengaluru and operates on a hybrid work model.
