Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Financials. You will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge Oracle Cloud Finance solutions, driving functional excellence and innovation for our clients.

This role involves leading complex implementation projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, translate business needs into robust functional designs, and ensure the successful deployment of Oracle Cloud modules.

Your expertise will be crucial in guiding a team of functional consultants, overseeing critical project phases, and ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Tax, and i-Expense.

Facilitate business requirement workshops and collaborate on solution design sessions with key stakeholders. Configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules to precisely match translated business needs.

Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment lifecycle. Oversee critical integration, data migration, and testing activities, ensuring seamless operation across modules and with external systems.

Drive project deliverables, maintaining strict alignment with established timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks. Serve as the primary liaison for clients on all finance functional matters, providing essential post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required. Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 years of experience with Oracle Financials, including at least 5 successful Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

Demonstrate strong functional proficiency in Oracle Cloud modules, specifically GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA). A solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards like IFRS or GAAP is essential.

Experience in designing Chart of Accounts (COA), legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is necessary. Proven experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover strategies, and Post-Go-Live Support is also a key requirement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected.
