Spearhead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger modules. Conduct detailed business requirement workshops and collaborate on solution design with stakeholders. Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules accordingly. Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants, guiding them through all project phases from design to deployment. Oversee critical activities such as integration, data migration, and testing across various modules and external systems. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and reporting leads.

Drive project deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards. Serve as the primary client liaison for all finance-related matters. Provide essential post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and offer recommendations for continuous improvement. Uphold compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.

Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Bring at least five successful Oracle Cloud Finance implementations to your name, demonstrating deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA. A strong understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is essential. Experience in configuring COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud is required. Proven experience in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is critical. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
