As a Finance Change Business Analyst, you will document business requirements, articulating assumptions and non-functional needs for large-scale transformation programs. You'll prepare test cases and conduct thorough testing, including Unit, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and performing reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.

You will conduct balance sheet substantiation, manage weekly/monthly reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies. A key part of this role involves supporting finance transformation programs such as ERP implementations, system migrations, and automation. You will also perform controls testing and assess the effectiveness of various finance processes.

We are looking for candidates with experience in finance transformation, specifically as a Finance Change BA, with a strong understanding of SDLC or Agile methodologies. You should possess expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements under IFRS or local GAAP, alongside experience in reconciliations and balance sheet substantiation. Demonstrated experience in finance transformation programs, including ERP implementations and automation, is essential.

Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is considered an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for preparing reports and presentations. An undergraduate or postgraduate degree is expected for this position.
