As a Senior Consultant, you will build and nurture strong client relationships while exceeding expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing, developing, and deploying solutions using various tools and design principles. - Configuring robotic processes efficiently, ensuring maintainability and clarity. - Understanding existing processes and managing evolving requirements through a structured change control process. - Resolving daily operational issues with robotics processes promptly. - Maintaining comprehensive documentation for solutions and test procedures during UAT and production phases. - Collaborating with process owners and business stakeholders to understand current processes and design automation workflows.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 6-9 years of experience in ETL Testing. Key requirements include:

- Expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks for ETL/ELT pipelines. - Ability to validate source-to-target data reconciliation, transformation logic, and business rules. - Proficiency in developing automated test scripts for data completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and integrity. - Experience with database, file, and API level testing across structured and semi-structured data. - Skill in creating reusable automation components for row counts, checksum validation, null checks, and referential integrity. - Experience executing regression, integration, and system testing for data pipelines. - Strong analytical skills to debug test failures, identify root causes, and collaborate with data engineers for resolutions. - Experience validating incremental loads, CDC logic, and historical data migrations. - Familiarity with DBT and automated testing frameworks. - Ability to prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, defect reports, and execution summaries. - A strong understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, data lakes, and UNIX. - Proficiency in automation tools like Python, PyTest, Robot Framework, or TestNG. - Advanced SQL skills for complex data validation (BigQuery preferred). - Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Synapse. - Experience with ETL tools including Informatica, Ab Initio, Talend, DataStage, or DBT.
