As a Senior Consultant, you will build and maintain strong client relationships by exceeding expectations.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying solutions using various tools and design principles. You will configure robotic processes efficiently, ensuring maintainability and clarity.

Your role will involve understanding existing processes, adapting to changing requirements through structured change control, and resolving daily operational issues for robotics processes. You will also maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and test procedures, coordinating with process owners to design automation workflows.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 6-9 years of experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks for ETL/ELT pipelines.

Essential skills include validating data reconciliation, transformation logic, and business rules. You will develop automated tests for data completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and integrity, alongside performing database, file, and API testing on structured and semi-structured data. The ability to create reusable automation components is crucial.

Experience executing regression, integration, and system testing for data pipelines, analyzing test failures, and collaborating with data engineers for resolution is expected. Validation of incremental loads, CDC logic, and historical data migrations is also a key part of this role. Proficiency in DBT and automated testing frameworks, along with preparing comprehensive test documentation, is required.

A strong understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, data lakes, and UNIX is necessary. Expertise in automation tools like Python/PyTest, Robot Framework, or TestNG, and advanced SQL for complex data validation (BigQuery preferred) are essential. Familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, and ETL tools like Informatica, Ab Initio, Talend, DataStage, or DBT is highly valued.
