As a Senior Consultant, you will design, develop, and deploy solutions using various tools and design principles. You'll configure robotic processes efficiently, ensuring maintainability and clarity.

Your role will involve understanding existing processes, managing changing requirements through a structured change control process, and resolving day-to-day operational issues for robotic processes. You will also maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, test procedures, and scenarios during UAT and production phases. Collaboration with process owners and business stakeholders to design automation process flows will be key.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with 6-9 years of experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks for ETL/ELT pipelines.

Key responsibilities include validating source-to-target data reconciliation, transformation logic, and business rules. You will develop automated test scripts for data completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and integrity.

Proficiency is required in performing database, file, and API level testing across structured and semi-structured data. Experience in creating reusable automation components for data validation checks and executing regression, integration, and system testing for data pipelines is essential.

Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and collaborate with data engineers for resolution. Validate incremental loads, CDC logic, and historical data migrations.

Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, data warehousing, data lakes, and UNIX is mandatory. Automation skills in Python, PyTest, Robot Framework, or TestNG are required. Advanced SQL for complex data validation (BigQuery preferred) and familiarity with data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse are needed. Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Ab Initio, Talend, DataStage, or DBT is also essential.
