Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as a Senior Consultant, specializing in ETL Testing. You will be instrumental in unlocking the value within vast amounts of data, providing strategic guidance and implementation services to manage data from disparate sources.

Our global network helps companies convert data into accurate, actionable information for fact-driven decision-making. This role is part of our Engineering practice, focusing on business intelligence, data management, performance management, and next-generation analytics.

As a Data Testing Analyst, you will be responsible for rigorously testing data products and solutions, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of reports and pipelines. You will collaborate closely with engineers, data managers, and BI teams to develop robust testing strategies and frameworks.

Key tasks include defining automated and regression testing procedures, designing and implementing tests for Power BI dashboards and DAX, and working within CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows. Awareness of IAM and data governance principles is essential, alongside participation in Agile delivery processes.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data testing, possessing strong SQL skills, with BigQuery proficiency being a plus. Expertise in DBT and automated testing frameworks is crucial, as is experience with report testing, including Power BI dashboards and DAX.

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows is required. A solid understanding of IAM and data governance is beneficial. Experience in financial services, Python scripting for SQL-based testing, and data warehouse testing are highly advantageous.

Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities and effective stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Public IBOR/ABOR or Aladdin data is desirable, particularly for supporting the Public IBOR team. A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree is required.
