This role is crucial for supporting fact-driven decision-making and driving an insight-driven advantage in business intelligence, data management, and next-generation analytics.

Validate data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across multiple environments and systems through expert database testing. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation, transformation, and migration in relational and non-relational databases. Automate data manipulation tasks using custom Python or Java scripts for efficient handling of large datasets. Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python or Java to support scalable test automation. Design and maintain robust test automation frameworks specifically for database testing and ETL process validation.

A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in ETL/Data Testing is essential, with a strong grasp of ETL concepts, data warehousing, data lakes, and UNIX. Proficiency in Python/PyTest/Robot Framework/TestNG for automation and advanced SQL for complex data validation is required. Hands-on experience with data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query, or Synapse is necessary. Familiarity with ETL tools such as Informatica, Ab Initio, Talend, DataStage, or DBT is expected. Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) is a must. Knowledge of data formats including Parquet, Avro, JSON, CSV, and XML is important. Experience with AWS is mandatory, and expertise in the pharmaceutical industry is required. Familiarity with tools like Great Expectations, Deequ, Soda, or Monte Carlo is a plus. An educational background with a B.E., B.Tech, MCA, M.E., M.Tech, or MSc in Computer Science is required.
