As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge platforms and IT architectures, directly impacting transformation programs for energy sales, services, customer solutions, and networks.

Take ownership of functional and technical workstreams from strategy to implementation within energy provider transformation programs.

Lead and mentor interdisciplinary delivery teams, guiding consultants and analysts.

Translate intricate business needs into scalable solution designs and robust target architectures, including detailed use cases and process analyses.

Manage the architecture and deployment of essential energy solutions like CRM, billing, forecasting, and data platforms.

Oversee transformation programs, establishing roadmaps, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Develop and refine best practices for delivery within the energy utilities domain.

Contribute to proposal development and the growth of our Energy Utilities portfolio.

Possess an above-average degree in business informatics, business administration, or a related field.

Have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in energy utilities, IT projects, or transformation programs.

Demonstrate experience leading project teams or key workstreams.

Exhibit solid expertise in implementing industry-standard energy software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Powercloud, SIV, Wilken).

Display a strong grasp of IT architectures in energy utilities and current data/platform trends.

Showcase excellent analytical and strategic thinking, with experience in complex business case development.

Communicate confidently and manage stakeholders up to senior management levels.

Be fluent in German and English, with additional language skills in Polish, Czech, or Hungarian being advantageous.
