Key responsibilities include conducting thorough policy research and developing insightful reports, concept papers, and analytical documents for government officials. You will analyze market trends and sector-specific opportunities within Chhattisgarh's key export industries, such as agriculture, handicrafts, and MSMEs. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive support for export promotion initiatives, coordinate with various government departments and industry bodies, and facilitate capacity-building programs for exporters and government personnel. Effective stakeholder management and building strong relationships with diverse agencies will be vital for program success.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor of Technology and a Master's degree in Economics, International Trade, Public Policy, or Business Administration. A strong foundation of 6-10 years of relevant experience is required, specifically in export promotion, trade policy, economic advisory, or consulting roles, ideally within government or multilateral projects. Essential skills include exceptional analytical and research abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, a solid understanding of international trade dynamics, and proven experience in stakeholder coordination and project management. Familiarity with the Chhattisgarh economic landscape and export promotion schemes is a plus.
