Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Procurement Cloud, Supply Chain Execution, and Order Management (OM).

Drive system configuration, testing, and support activities, ensuring end-to-end process alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate manufacturing and costing functionalities with other Oracle modules.

Conduct process workshops, gather requirements, identify pain points, and design solutions to enhance workflows.

Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to scope and deadlines.

Mentor team members, foster knowledge sharing, and lead user training sessions.

Ensure data integrity and compliance within Oracle Fusion applications, performing audits and validations.

Handle escalations and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.

Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, with an overall 5+ years in End-to-End Supply Chain Management.

Demonstrate strong expertise in SCM functions such as Planning, Procurement, Inventory, MFG, Maintenance, OM, Pricing, PIM, and Quality Management.

Proven hands-on configuration experience is essential.

Excellent project management skills, with a track record of leading teams and managing timelines.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and prior client-facing experience are required.

Oracle certifications in SCM-related areas are a plus.
