Seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle EBS SCM to drive Order-to-Cash (O2C) process excellence in Lucknow. This role involves in-depth analysis of business needs, crafting robust ERP solutions, and continuously enhancing O2C operations.

You will be instrumental in optimizing sales order management, pricing, shipping, invoicing, receivables, and customer relationship management, working collaboratively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

- Analyze and document intricate business requirements for O2C workflows. - Architect and configure ERP solutions for seamless end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. - Facilitate workshops and develop comprehensive functional design documents. - Configure and support key modules including Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, Receivables, and Customer Master. - Execute functional testing, integration testing, UAT support, and effective defect resolution. - Liaise with technical teams for integrations, reporting, conversions, and customizations. - Oversee data migration and validation of master data. - Provide expert production support, including issue analysis and root cause identification. - Ensure adherence to business processes, internal controls, and project governance. - Develop user documentation, SOPs, and deliver end-user training. - Foster strong collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams.

- Demonstrated strong knowledge of complete Order-to-Cash business processes and best practices. - Proven experience in ERP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects. - Ability to articulate business processes and create detailed functional specifications. - Experience with system interfaces, reporting mechanisms, and data migration strategies. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. - Capacity to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional, and global teams. - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. ERP certification is a significant advantage.
