Spearhead Oracle EBS Financials implementation and rollout projects from initial requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

Conduct in-depth business process workshops, developing essential documentation like Functional Design Documents (MD050/BR100/FDD). You will configure Oracle EBS Financials modules to precisely meet client needs.

Your role extends to supporting Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing cutover planning and production deployment. Prepare detailed functional specifications for RICE components (customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions).

Collaborate seamlessly with technical, integration, reporting, and data migration teams, ensuring thorough functional testing and swift issue resolution. Conduct comprehensive end-user training and prepare user documentation. Provide essential post-production support and knowledge transfer, working closely with both onsite and offshore teams to guarantee successful project outcomes.

We seek a seasoned professional with 8-12 years of hands-on Oracle EBS Financials implementation experience, having successfully completed a minimum of 3-5 end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation or major rollout projects. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required.

Demonstrate strong functional expertise in key Oracle EBS Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and EBTax. Familiarity with iExpenses is a plus.

Possess a solid understanding of Subledger Accounting (SLA), financial reporting, the period close process, data migration and conversion strategies, interfaces and integrations, and workflow concepts. Proven experience in preparing functional specifications for RICE components is essential.

This position demands exceptional client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to mentor junior consultants and independently manage workstreams effectively. The role is based onsite in Noida, India.
