Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice as a Senior Consultant, focusing on Oracle EBS Financials. This role is based in Lucknow and involves leading critical Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. You will be instrumental in driving functional excellence and innovation for our clients, ensuring their enterprise technology acts as a powerful engine for growth and efficiency.

Lead comprehensive Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, covering modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and sub-ledgers. Facilitate client workshops to gather business requirements and design effective solutions. Translate these needs into detailed functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules accordingly. Guide and manage a team of functional consultants through the entire project lifecycle, from design to deployment. Oversee integration, data migration, and testing activities, ensuring seamless collaboration with technical, integration, and reporting teams. Drive project deliverables, maintaining alignment with timelines, scope, and quality standards. Serve as the primary client contact for all finance-related functional matters and provide essential post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations, ensuring adherence to business processes and compliance requirements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required. You should possess at least 5 Oracle Cloud Finance implementations with strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA. A solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) is essential. Experience in setting up Chart of Accounts (COA), legal entities, ledgers, and business units in Oracle Cloud is crucial. Proven experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support is necessary, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills.
