Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle EBS Financials. This role is pivotal in driving successful Oracle Cloud Finance implementations for our clients. You will leverage your deep functional expertise to transform business needs into robust financial solutions.

This is an opportunity to lead complex projects, guide functional consultants, and ensure seamless integration and deployment. Your contributions will directly impact client success and drive innovation in enterprise technology.

Spearhead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger modules. Facilitate business requirement workshops and solution design sessions with key stakeholders. Translate intricate business needs into clear functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules. Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment lifecycle.

Oversee critical activities such as integration, data migration, and comprehensive testing. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical, integration, and reporting specialists. Ensure project deliverables align with timelines, scope, and quality standards. Serve as the primary client liaison for all finance-related functional matters. Provide essential post-go-live support, resolve issues, and recommend continuous improvements. Uphold compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.

Demonstrated experience with at least five Oracle Cloud Finance implementations is essential.

Possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA.

Exhibit a solid understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards like IFRS/GAAP.

Proven experience in designing Chart of Accounts (COA), legal entities, ledgers, and business units within Oracle Cloud.

Solid background in Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support activities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
