Drive enterprise digital transformation initiatives by integrating business consulting, product strategy, and AI solution architecture. This role involves collaborating with senior client stakeholders to shape product visions, design AI-driven solutions, and lead delivery teams using cutting-edge Agentic AI frameworks and cloud platforms.

Lead client discovery workshops to translate complex business challenges into scalable digital products. Define clear product visions, roadmaps, target architectures, and effective implementation strategies. Design robust enterprise AI and Agentic AI solutions leveraging tools like Google ADK, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, Anthropic MCP, Claude, Gemini, and Azure OpenAI. Architect advanced multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, workflow orchestrations, AI governance, and seamless enterprise integrations. Serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering. Provide essential architecture governance, technical leadership, and mentorship throughout engagements. Contribute to proposals, RFPs, executive presentations, and business development activities. Foster the development of reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices across the consulting practice.

A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation is required. Proven experience in leading AI-enabled product development and enterprise modernization programs is essential. Strong client-facing consulting experience, including interaction with C-suite and business stakeholders, is a must. While not mandatory, cloud and AI certifications from Google, Microsoft, or Anthropic are considered advantageous.
