Join our Technology & Transformation practice as a Senior Consultant specializing in Product Architecture. You will play a pivotal role in leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives by merging business consulting, product strategy, and AI solution architecture. This position involves close collaboration with senior client stakeholders to shape product visions, design cutting-edge AI-powered solutions, and guide delivery teams utilizing modern Agentic AI frameworks and cloud platforms.

Lead client discovery workshops, translating complex business challenges into scalable digital products. Define comprehensive product visions, roadmaps, target architectures, and strategic implementation plans. Design sophisticated enterprise AI and Agentic AI solutions leveraging frameworks like Google ADK, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, Anthropic MCP, Claude, Gemini, and Azure OpenAI. Architect advanced multi-agent systems, RAG implementations, workflow orchestration, AI governance, and enterprise integrations. Serve as a crucial liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering departments. Provide essential architecture governance, technical leadership, and mentorship throughout project lifecaps. Contribute to proposals, RFPs, executive presentations, and business development efforts. Champion the development of reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices across the consulting practice.

A Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline is preferred. Demonstrate 10-15 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation. Proven track record of leading AI-enabled product development and enterprise modernization programs. Possess strong client-facing consulting experience, including engaging with C-suite executives and business stakeholders. Familiarity with core technologies such as Python, .NET/C#, REST APIs, Microservices, React, Power Platform, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and GitHub is essential. Expertise in AI concepts including RAG, Multi-Agent Systems, and Prompt Engineering is highly valued.
