As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact solutions for enterprise clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend deep full-stack engineering expertise with applied AI capabilities and a strong consulting mindset, focusing on delivering measurable business outcomes.

You will be instrumental in the entire solution lifecycle, acting as an advisor, architect, and hands-on engineer. Your contributions will ensure strategic alignment, architectural integrity, and operational excellence, advocating for secure, scalable, and well-designed solutions that drive significant business value.

Lead the technical delivery of complex cloud-native and AI-driven projects, ensuring high-quality, predictable outcomes. You'll define and champion the technology strategy for major customer engagements, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives and architectural best practices.

Design, develop, and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure, accelerating customer value. Apply user-centered design principles to translate customer needs into technical requirements and scalable designs through iterative prototyping. Provide delivery leadership by setting priorities, estimating effort, managing dependencies, and making critical trade-offs for successful releases.

Ensure engineering excellence and solution quality, with accountability for performance, security, and compliance. Proactively identify and manage technical risks, defining mitigation strategies and handling escalations. Drive innovation and digital transformation by leveraging existing intellectual property and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate technical value propositions and foster continuous improvement.

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software engineering and application development is required, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-scale, customer-facing engagements. You should also have at least 5 years of experience in customer-facing delivery leadership.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. Expertise in full-stack development using .NET (C#), .NET Web APIs, and Node.js is essential. Proficiency extends to UI, API, service, domain, data, and integration layers, utilizing languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, or React, along with HTML5 and CSS/SCSS.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, CQRS) and software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, testing, and debugging. Proficiency with cloud data platforms such as Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and others is crucial. Experience in AI application development, particularly with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and RAG patterns, is highly valued, alongside expertise in Python for implementing AI workflows.

Extensive experience in designing and operating large-scale cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure or any public cloud is mandatory. Hands-on expertise in microservices, serverless architectures (Kubernetes, Azure Functions), and CI/CD pipelines is expected. A strong grasp of security principles, Zero Trust architecture, IAM, and DevSecOps practices, including familiarity with security tools like Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Azure Sentinel, is also required.
