Lead and support comprehensive manufacturing and operations transformation initiatives, focusing on measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and performance. Spearhead operational excellence programs utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and OEE frameworks to boost plant productivity. Develop future-state operating models and digital manufacturing roadmaps, aligning business goals with sustainable strategies. Guide the implementation of Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 solutions, including MES, IIoT, and advanced analytics, to enable data-driven decisions.

Drive the deployment of digital factory applications, ensuring production line readiness and advising stakeholders on solution architecture and data validation. Conduct thorough validation of application data to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of real-time streams and KPIs. Foster adoption and value realization of digital solutions through effective change management and user engagement. Facilitate client workshops and requirements gathering, supporting solution conceptualization and demonstrations across AI and digital projects.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial 4.0, digital transformation, or a comparable field. Demonstrated success in throughput improvement, operational efficiency, or quality loss reduction, preferably within structured improvement initiatives, is essential.

Possess strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, and industry best practices, with a solid understanding of operations concepts like OEE, OLE, quality defects, and production losses. Advanced analytical capabilities are necessary, along with experience using Excel, dashboards, or BI tools for data insights. Familiarity with emerging AI and advanced analytics technologies is highly valued, coupled with a proactive approach to learning and adopting new solutions.

Excellent communication skills are vital for influencing site teams and presenting insights to senior leadership. The ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced consulting environments, including frequent on-site client interactions, is crucial.
