Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant specializing in DMS - OEM Platforms (Windchill). This role is instrumental in driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology.

We are seeking a seasoned PTC PLM Solution Architect with extensive experience in enterprise PLM, particularly deep expertise in PTC Windchill. A strong understanding of ALM and SLM is also crucial. You will collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to grasp business objectives, current processes, and challenges.

The architect will translate these insights into robust, scalable, and maintainable To-Be PLM solutions. This position involves providing technical leadership to global teams and coordinating effectively with various departments including CAD, SAP/ERP, MES, QMS, ALM, SLM, IoT, infrastructure, security, and enterprise architecture.

Key responsibilities include providing expert guidance on PTC Windchill architecture and solution design, including approaches for WBM, LoadFromFile, APIs, ETL, and migration. You will lead end-to-end PLM implementation, upgrade, migration, transformation, and deployment projects.

Conduct thorough As-Is assessments of business processes, applications, integrations, data, customizations, infrastructure, and security. Define the To-Be PLM architecture, processes, capabilities, data model, integrations, and deployment strategy. Translate complex business requirements into scalable PTC PLM solutions.

Identify and mitigate technical risks, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies. Lead architecture reviews, solution design discussions, and Windchill upgrade/migration activities. Conduct business process and technical assessment sessions, interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders. Communicate complex PLM architectures in an easily understandable, business-friendly manner and provide technical direction for production issues.

Essential skills for this role include proven experience with ENOVIA to PTC Windchill migration, encompassing assessment, object and relationship mapping, data transformation, and validation. Experience with Siemens Teamcenter to PTC Windchill migration is also highly valued.

Demonstrated experience in CAD/PLM integrations across multiple CAD platforms such as NX, PTC Creo, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, and Creo Elements/Direct is required. Furthermore, proficiency in integrating SAP / SAP S/4HANA with PTC Windchill is a key requirement for this position.
