Join our Automotive Motors GCC in Hyderabad as an ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE Customization Expert. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise PLM solutions on the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will collaborate with global engineering, product development, and digital transformation teams to implement scalable PLM solutions that support the entire vehicle and motor development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing custom solutions on the ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will configure business processes, data models, workflows, and user interfaces. The role involves developing server-side and client-side customizations using Java, JPOs, TCL/MQL, and REST APIs. You'll customize and support ENOVIA applications like Engineering Central, Program Central, and Change Action Management. Integration with enterprise systems such as SAP, MES, and CAD is also a core function. Developing automation scripts, data migration tools, and system interfaces is expected. You will participate in solution architecture, analyze business requirements, perform troubleshooting, and support release management and upgrade activities. Ensuring compliance with PLM governance and mentoring junior developers are also key aspects of this position.

We require 7–8 years of hands-on experience in ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE customization and development, with strong expertise in JPO Development, MQL/TCL scripting, Java/J2EE, REST APIs, and Web Services. Proficiency with XML, JSON, and JavaScript is essential. Experience in ENOVIA data model customization, schema management, workflow customization, and trigger development is necessary. A solid understanding of PLM concepts including Product Structure Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management is required. Experience integrating ENOVIA with SAP or other enterprise systems, familiarity with CATIA/CAD data management, and experience with Oracle/SQL databases are crucial. Knowledge of deployment and environment management is also expected.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred. Experience in global delivery models and GCC environments, along with knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, are advantageous. Certifications from Dassault Systèmes are a plus.
