This Senior Consultant role focuses on leading enterprise-level Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform upgrades and integrations within the OEM Platforms domain. The position is based in Hyderabad and falls under Supply Chain & Network Operations.

The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end upgrade of the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring seamless integration with critical enterprise systems like SAP ERP/S4HANA and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

This is an opportunity to modernize the digital thread across Product Development, Manufacturing, and Enterprise Operations by collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including business teams, engineering, IT, and external integrators.

Key responsibilities include leading the 3DEXPERIENCE platform upgrade from existing ENOVIA/3DX versions to the latest release, encompassing impact assessment, readiness reviews, and migration planning.

You will design and govern the integration architecture between 3DEXPERIENCE, SAP ECC/S4HANA, MES platforms, CAD systems, and middleware. This involves establishing a Product Lifecycle Digital Thread, overseeing API design, data mapping, and interface testing.

Responsibilities also extend to defining integration frameworks for MES systems, enabling the flow of manufacturing data, and supporting manufacturing digitalization. Project and program management duties include developing project plans, managing risks, coordinating stakeholders, and overseeing budgets and timelines. Extensive testing and deployment leadership, alongside ensuring governance, compliance, and cybersecurity, are also integral to this role.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

We are looking for professionals with 5 to 8+ years of experience in PLM implementations and upgrades, including a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Proven experience leading large-scale PLM upgrade programs and integrating PLM with SAP and MES systems is essential.

Technical expertise should include strong knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, Data Migration Frameworks, and PLM Data Models. Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP MM, PP, DMS modules, MES systems (e.g., Apriso, Opcenter), REST APIs, Web Services, and middleware platforms is also expected. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools, along with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, stakeholder, and vendor management, are crucial for success in this role.
