Your primary responsibilities will include conducting in-depth "As-Is" process studies and mapping current workflows for government departments. You will also be responsible for designing and documenting optimized "To-Be" processes that enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Key tasks involve assessing the adequacy of existing technology, identifying opportunities for automation and digitization, and supporting requirement gathering. You will facilitate stakeholder workshops, develop comprehensive reports and roadmaps, and contribute to project and change management efforts. We are seeking candidates with 3-10 years of experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Business Analysis, or Process Improvement. A graduate degree in any discipline, or a B.E./B.Tech or MBA is required.

Essential skills include proficiency in process modeling tools like Visio or BPMN, excellent analytical and documentation abilities, and effective stakeholder management. Experience with government or e-Governance projects, digital transformation initiatives, or public sector consulting is highly desirable.
