Join our Technology & Transformation practice as a Senior Consultant specializing in DevOps, contributing to platform development and integration within the Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, and Industrial Automation sectors. This role is integral to accelerating digital transformation through modern engineering, cloud, and automation capabilities.

Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab, and Jenkins. You will manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and software configuration to automate build, test, packaging, and deployment processes.

Key duties include publishing software artifacts via NuGet, npm, and Conan, migrating legacy SCM environments to modern DevOps platforms, and developing optimized build scripts. You'll also configure static code analysis tools, ensure adherence to organizational standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline software delivery and release management.

This role requires 5–7 years of experience in Software Configuration Management, Build Engineering, and DevOps transformation. A strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD methodologies, and release management is essential.

Hands-on experience with Git-based toolchains like Azure DevOps, GitLab, and Jenkins, along with expertise in YAML pipeline configurations, is expected. Proficiency in package management (NuGet, npm, Conan) and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Batch Scripts, and Perl is necessary. Experience managing maintenance releases, patches, and hotfixes, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is also required.
