You will also support post-deal integration activities, manage program offices, assess IT landscapes for synergies, and assist with vendor selection and contract reviews. For carve-out and separation projects, you will develop strategies, evaluate interdependencies, and manage separation management offices. Additionally, you'll conduct commercial and operational diligence, assess transformation opportunities, and support detailed functional integration planning.
We are seeking candidates with a strong background in large transformations, specifically pre-deal or post-deal M&A transactions within the financial services or banking industry. A solid understanding of the banking value chain and experience working within banking functions, either operationally or as an advisor, is essential.
Ideal candidates will possess 3 to 12 years of relevant experience and a demonstrated interest in consulting. A good understanding of the technology landscape in financial services and banking organizations would be a significant advantage.
