As part of the Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) group, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology landscape. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about leveraging data to achieve significant business outcomes and enhance long-term growth.

Develop robust ingestion pipelines for both batch and streaming data, including Change Data Capture (CDC), from enterprise systems using tools like Airflow, Glue, Cloud Composer, and Cloud Functions.

Implement data curation within lake/lakehouse environments (Delta, Iceberg, Hudi), focusing on deduplication, metadata enrichment, partitioning, and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) redaction.

Configure and maintain enterprise search capabilities and vector indexes. Collaborate with AI engineers to tune hybrid retrieval and reranking mechanisms for optimal performance.

Enforce comprehensive data governance policies, including cataloging, lineage tracking, access controls, and retention. Implement data quality checks and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure data integrity.

Monitor pipeline performance, including latency, freshness, and cost. Optimize storage and compute footprints for enhanced reliability and efficiency.

While specific educational degrees were not detailed, a strong foundation in data science and engineering principles is essential. Familiarity with asset creation, hierarchy, work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, maintenance activities and resources, spare parts management, maintenance costing, failure codes, and maintenance history could be advantageous in understanding the business context.
