Seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Data Analytics to join our team in Delhi. This role is ideal for an experienced SQL Developer with a strong background in database architecture, complex query development, performance optimization, and data migration. You will leverage your expertise in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and IBM DB2 to design and implement robust ETL processes and custom technical solutions.

This position requires a dedicated professional adept at aligning technical strategies with overarching business objectives. Proven success in enterprise and government-sector projects, coupled with a passion for data-driven insights, is essential for this role.

Develop and maintain complex T-SQL and PL/SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting needs, particularly for government departments and schemes. Design and implement ETL processes and data migration strategies across various database platforms, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and IBM DB2. Optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to backup and recovery strategies for high-availability systems. Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting, with a preference for experience in sectoral research and analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science or a related field is required. Minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in SQL development, database architecture, T-SQL/PL-SQL, performance tuning, and cross-database data migration. Hands-on experience with ETL/data transfer processes, including data mirroring, automated file population, and project migrations across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and IBM DB2. Demonstrated experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting for Government departments/schemes is mandatory. Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries is essential. Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, and BI tools such as MSBI, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS is a plus, but not strictly required for this role.
