Seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in Data Analysis to join our team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on data modernization and migration initiatives, leveraging your techno-functional business analysis skills. You will play a key role in transforming financial data landscapes within investment and corporate banking environments.

Translate complex regulatory mandates into clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs). Develop detailed JIRA user stories and source-to-target mappings for data migration projects. Implement automated data quality (DQ) controls to ensure accuracy and reliability. Reconcile data pipelines using AWS S3 and Hive, ensuring seamless data flow across global regions (NAM, EMEA, APAC).

Proven experience of 4.8+ years as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst, specializing in US/Global regulatory reporting, data migration, and financial data lineage. Strong proficiency in advanced SQL querying for complex data analysis. Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Experience with data pipeline reconciliation on cloud platforms like AWS S3 and Hive. Familiarity with investment and corporate banking data domains is highly advantageous.
