Join our Emerging ERP Solutions team in Bengaluru as a Senior Consultant specializing in D365 F&O Technical. You will be instrumental in leading complex implementation, upgrade, and support projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and innovation within our enterprise technology initiatives.

As a Senior Consultant, you will analyze business needs, design robust D365FO solutions, and ensure optimal adoption of standard capabilities. Your expertise will guide the team in developing high-quality code, managing integrations, and optimizing data migration processes. We are looking for a proactive individual to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Lead D365FO implementation, upgrade, and support engagements, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Analyze business requirements, prepare functional/technical solution designs, and conduct requirement workshops.

Review customizations, ensuring adherence to Microsoft extensibility and development standards, and develop/review X++ code using best practices.

Design and implement integrations with external systems using OData, REST APIs, and other relevant technologies. Manage data migration strategies using D365FO's Data Management Framework.

Work with SSRS reporting, understand D365FO reporting architecture, and support Power BI requirements. Explore and leverage Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot capabilities for enhanced solutions.

Mentor junior developers, review technical deliverables, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO, with substantial hands-on experience in implementation, customization, integration, and technical consulting.

Must possess strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and deep knowledge of X++ and D365FO development, including extensions and the extension-based development model.

Familiarity with D365FO architecture, application lifecycle, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, data entities, DMF, and integration APIs is essential. Experience with SSRS reporting and an understanding of the Power Platform are also required.

Candidates should have strong debugging, performance-tuning, SQL, and relational database concept skills. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
