Join Deloitte's Enterprise Technology & Performance practice as a Senior Consultant, specializing in D365 F&O PMO. This role is pivotal in leading PMO governance, integrated planning, executive reporting, and project controls for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation and support initiatives. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure governance excellence, delivery transparency, and informed executive decision-making across complex ERP projects.

This position demands strong consulting acumen, leadership in governance, and expertise in managing stakeholders within large-scale enterprise transformations and application managed services environments.

Key responsibilities include establishing and executing robust PMO governance frameworks, driving compliance across all program workstreams, and managing governance calendars and executive review forums. You will also oversee integrated program schedules, monitor program health and delivery performance, and identify/mitigate delivery risks. Specific focus will be placed on D365 ERP implementation and support governance, including phases like design, build, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.

Furthermore, you will lead executive reporting, manage RAID processes, and govern financial and resource aspects of programs. A critical part of the role involves developing PMO capabilities through process standardization, continuous improvement, and coaching junior team members. Effective stakeholder management and communication with senior client leadership are paramount for success.

We are seeking candidates with 6-9 years of experience in PMO, Transformation Office, Project Controls, or Governance. A proven track record supporting at least two end-to-end ERP implementation programs is essential. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations is highly preferred.

Candidates should possess expertise in program governance, executive reporting, integrated planning, RAID management, financial and resource governance, and strong stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint is required, along with experience in project management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Microsoft Project. Familiarity with Power BI for dashboarding and IT service management concepts is also necessary. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being a preferred qualification.
